We combine rigorous analysis with practical advice to help programmes and funders improve the impact of aid. Our vision is that everyone has confidence aid resources are spent wisely and not wasted.
ProjectsLAMP is a not-for-profit organisation. We operate as a collective and our associate consultants work together remotely and in-person. Our combined experience creates a strong team with expertise across disciplines, countries and sectors – including health, development and education.
LAMP was founded in 2014 by Jennifer Armitage. Drawing on her experience evaluating the impact of development assistance (ODA) and performance improvement, LAMP was established to support a broader range of organisations and enhance overseas aid programmes, whilst building upon national expertise where projects are delivered.
For the Strengthening Referral Pathways from Street to School programme, LAMP partnered with a local consultancy and led the efficiency aspect of the evaluation, combining cost, quantitative and qualitative analysis.
LAMP provided input to the evaluation of SRKS programme including a value for money assessment. Provided support to produce cost data previously unavailable for analysis.
