Adetola is a health policy and systems consultant with substantial  experience across different states in Nigeria. She is passionate about evidence-based health policies and service delivery models. Previously, she worked in quality improvement for maternal and neonatal health, maternal healthcare research, and capacity building for programme officers in health MDAs.  More recently, she has focused on expanding routine immunisation coverage in security-compromised areas in Borno, Nigeria. 

 Adetola holds  an undergraduate degree in Medicine and Surgery from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria and a MPH in Health Policy and Management from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.
