Molly Wood

Molly has been a director at LAMP Development since December 2015. She  began her career at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM). The qualitative and analytical skills that she used at LSHTM were developed when she joined a consultancy focused on the improvement of healthcare outcomes in the NHS.

Molly later went on to work in Afghanistan, where she conducted public health research.  The challenges there required Molly to use the full range of her research and programme skills to ensure delivery in the face of often significant obstacles. Committed to the principle of spending aid money wisely for those most in need, Molly has worked on many assignments examining the efficiency and impact of development programmes.

Molly has an MSc in Control of Infectious Diseases from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a BA Hons in Human Sciences from the University of Oxford.
