Nura has more than 20 years of experience in finance, operations and administration in both the public and development sectors. A consultant in the areas of budgets, planning, value for money (VfM), health financing, financial management, grants management and logistics support, Nura is known for his analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.  Previously, he worked for more than a decade for large USAID and DFID-funded projects, focusing on finance and operations. 

Nura has a PhD in accounting and finance and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He has attended trainings in the USA, Europe and many African countries.
